EQUIPMENT YOU NEED
Goggles, swim cap, kick board, paddles, flippers and pull buoy
Bike, helmet, appropriate clothing/shoes, spare tube & C02, tyre levers
Water/hydration, sun protection, sports watch (great to have but not essential)
