Welcome to our new website! We are really excited that you are here and ready to find out more about TriBabes.

TriBabes is a triathlon focused fitness program for women of all levels and abilities. Our aim is to create a community of women who want to challenge themselves on a daily basis and reach goals they never thought possible.

TriBabes is run and operated by Hannah Hogan. TriBabes mission is to help women at any stage in their life to complete a Triathlon and improve their overall fitness. TriBabes uses a variety of training methods to increase your fitness capacity. TriBabes is a fun, challenging and empowering environment to train in.

There are many different distances of Triathlons you can complete, such as:

  • Short Enticer: 200m Swim, 5 or 7.5km Bike, 2km Run
  • Long Enticer: Long Ent = 300m Swim, 10km Bike, 2.5km Run
  • QTS: 400m Swim, 15km Bike, 4km Run
  • Sprint: 750m Swim, 20km Bike, 5km Run
  • Olympic: 1500m Swim, 40km Bike, 10km Run
  • Half Ironman: 1.9km Swim, 90km Bike, 21.1km Run
  • Full Ironman: 3.8km Swim, 180km Bike, 42.2km Run

My role as the owner and coach of TriBabes is to prepare, train and get you across that finish line feeling fabulous. Our focus is finish lines NOT finish times. With my passion towards helping and coaching others combined with your goals and determination - YOU are guaranteed to become a TRIBABE!

TRIBABES LADIES TRIATHLON FUN DAY

Our first official Sign On and Funday is Sunday the 11th of November at Murrarie Crit Track from 6am. All information will be provided on the day and gives us an opportunity to meet and answer any questions you might have about TriBabes.
